Art Exhibit + Open House
Join us an inspiring afternoon to celebrate the captivating work of artist Chris Seubert. Featuring a small artist reception and open house format, the event will offer the opportunity to mingle with your fellow Whole Sky Yoga neighbors.

Flow + Slow with Sound Healing
This unique experience blends a gentle flow yoga practice with the transformative power of sound healing. Class will begin with breathwork (pranayama) and centering, then we'll move into a gentle yet active physical yoga (asana) practice, and end with restorative postures and an extended savasana.

Series: Yoga Foundations
Ever find yourself in a yoga class wondering what the heck you are supposed to be doing? Don't worry, you are not the only one. We've all been there! Get back to basics and learn the foundations of yoga in this four week series. We'll explore common poses, transitions, and sequences typically found in yoga classes. You'll learn the lingo AND the moves you need to confidently walk into a public class.

Shoulder + Neck Therapeutics Workshop
Got Pain? Through re-educating the body in alignment, learn how to eliminate chronic pain and discomfort. Create balance in the body using therapy exercises and bring yourself back to the way your body was intended to be: Open and Free!

Asana Lab: Backbending and Heart Openers
In this workshop, we'll explore Backbending and Heart Openers, which will include and review on the anatomy of the spine, shoulders, and hips, and we’ll explore cobra pose, upward-facing dog, standing backbends, locust and bow pose, as well as deeper backbends like camel and wheel.

Asana Lab: Twisting and Binding
In this workshop, we'll explore Twisting and Binding, which will include and overview on the anatomy of the spine and shoulders, along with seated twists, twisted standing poses like revolved triangle, twisted chair, revolved crescent lunge, etc.

Asana Lab: Standing Poses & Forward bending
In t this workshop, we'll explore Standing Poses and Forward Bending, which includes standing forward folds, seated forward folds, pyramid pose, bound angle pose, pigeon, etc. We'll also review everything from the previous week and incorporate it into the practice.

Rasa Sadhana: Yoga of the Emotions
"RASA" is the nuanced nectarous flavor of the emotions. Rasa theory and practice is a complete fluid body of wisdom to guide you through the waters of emotional life. Not to guarantee the specifics of your flowing through, but a true and lifelong practice of swimming gracefully, gloriously, satisfyingly through human waters. As asana is to the body, rasa practice is to the mind + heart. Come! Learn how to do the YOGA of the EMOTIONS

Yoga as a Tool for Community & Liberation
Connect and gather in community. Share your unique perspective and expand your ability to connect to your internal sense of power. This Asana & Meditation Workshop for members of the LGBTQ+ community will include an asana (physical yoga), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation followed by journaling, lecture, and discussion. This experience is a great opportunity to build community, hold one another in our vulnerability, and share our unique perspectives.
